You can disconnect your Instagram and Facebook accounts at any time from your Creator Dashboard, which immediately removes your access tokens and resets your social statistics.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request data deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it for longer.

Social media data (Instagram/Facebook statistics) fetched via the Meta API is deleted from our servers when you disconnect the respective account or delete your InfluenceConnect account.

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords (Argon2), and restricted database access. We regularly review our security practices. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
