Delete via Your Account (Fastest)
If you have access to your InfluenceConnect account:
- Log in at inful.online.
- Go to Dashboard → Social Accounts.
- Click Disconnect to revoke your Instagram and Facebook access immediately.
- To delete your entire account and all associated data, email us at admin@inful.online with the subject line
Delete My Accountfrom your registered email address.
We will confirm deletion within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.
Revoke via Facebook Settings
If you connected your Instagram/Facebook account to InfluenceConnect, you can also revoke access directly from Facebook:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find InfluenceConnect in the list of apps.
- Click Remove to revoke all permissions.
- This will trigger automatic deletion of your Facebook and Instagram data from our servers within 30 days.
Submit a Deletion Request by Email
If you no longer have access to your account, send an email with the following details:
- Your registered email address or Instagram username.
- Subject line:
Data Deletion Request - Email to: admin@inful.online
We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days, sending a confirmation to the email you contact us from.
What Data Gets Deleted
Upon a confirmed deletion request, we permanently delete:
- Your account credentials (email and hashed password).
- Your creator profile (bio, category, location, website).
- All Instagram and Facebook data obtained via the Meta Graph API (access tokens, follower counts, post statistics, page data).
- All social accounts data stored in our platform database.
- Messages and conversations you were part of.
- Services and packages you listed.
We may retain anonymised, aggregated statistical data (e.g. total platform user count) that cannot be linked back to you.
After your data is deleted, we will send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive one within 30 days of your request, please follow up at admin@inful.online.
